The international aid provided cell phones and its one of an active economy such as oppose to having the international aid provided cell phones and consumption in making these individuals more productive.
Africa had no economies to speak of until European colonialism came along. That’s when Africa got such things as railroads, modern buildings, literacy, and soap. Then the Europeans went away and the Africans just couldn’t keep things going. That’s why African economies need “rebuilding.” If White people came back and were put in authority, things would get back to humming along. Otherwise, no chance. I tell you, racism must be a funny thing, if its influence INCREASES as the supposed racists get fewer and further away. Really strange, how that works.
