lg viewty memory card help please?
i brought an lg viewty on 02 but changed the sim to tmobile, but it didnt have a memory card so i brought a sd 4gb memory but the problem is when i take a picture it stores it on both phone and memory card n when i delte it off the phone memory it takes it off the memory card to why is it doing this? and also i try n connect the phone to the pc it keeps coming up an error message i even installed the lg disc that came with the phone but it still wont connect to the pc has anyone got any tips on how i can connect the phone to the pc please
The memory card I suspect is incorrect..the veiwty will only support a 2GB mini sd memory card.
You should check that the memory is set up correctly as well.
You need to go into the settings and change it to memory card only.
Phone setting>memory manager>primary storage settings.
set to external.
Also..get the latest firmware from LG for the veiwty
its in the handset information folder..it should be..

If not then update.
Are you using vista on the pc you are trying to store your files to?
If so...then dont bother trying as vista is'nt supported yet(I have this from LG support as i had the same problem).
You will need to take the card out and use a card reader with your pc.
